Hi everyone,
I've recently pulled the trigger for the Ciaomi Smart Toilet and gotta say it's the best investment I've made.
I'm just curious about where I can get spare parts for it in case something happens. I know that I can get the filters from Ebay and many other places but what about the hose and the hose clamps. Considering the plastic clamp is rather easy to break when I remove it to replace the filters.
So is there any place I can buy these or I'm gonna have to buy the whole toilet if they break?

how often do you break toilets?
Unless you can see replacement parts on Aliexpress/Mi CN website or Banggood/Gearbest i'd say they dont exist.
Take the plastic clamp to a plumbing store and ask if they're standard plumbing parts.
Edit: In case you can't find an identical replacement part, show the staff the Youtube installation video and ask them if they have a similar clamp that will work.
I know I was rubbished for this in another post, but I can't see the sense in paying for water filters when you are (in Australia) passing through drinking-quality water. If you read the specs of the unit it basically says the filter is for filtering out undesirable water-born particulates, pathogens and the like which are typically present in developing-world reticulated water supply.
