RIght now the cheapest I can find a switch for is $399 on amazon with 8% cashback, but on the cashback rewards site it says that the 8% deal will end on the 19th of November. So.. what do you guys reckon? Will the cashback rate go up or down?

This. I'm in the market for a Switch, and have been for a few weeks. I'm really going to hold out for Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.
Will Cashback actually pay the 8%? I can tell you they don't pay at all on that sort of value from Sheridan for a start.
Have you brought it up with tightarse?
Were those purchases refunded?
They pay 8% of the pre-GST value for Amazon
No never refunded you couldn't anyway being bedsheeting for sanitation reasons.
There will be a reason it was rejected.
Email them and they will tell you clearly why.

Buy using a credit card with price protection guarantee
They don't go on sale as often as Xbox/PS4. Just wait until you see a price that you're comfortable paying regardless of whether it may be cheaper in the future.

Amazon had a crazy low price on Black Friday. plus 12% cashback made it hard to resist a great deal.
I think wait until Black Friday at least
