airpods are way better
why?
Because made for apple?
This only lasts 10 hours even with container charging, AirPods are rated at over 20 hours. These will probably sound better, but are also a different type of buds - being inner ear which some people don't like. These are also quite large and sit outside of the ear very noticeably. While appearance judgement can say one or the other, every other person already uses AirPods. As a wireless earpiece solution, the AirPods are better due to connectivity quality, build quality, support, battery life, mic quality. BUT if you want to exercise, like inner ear only, want better sound quality, don't mind large ear inserts then Bose might be better. I would prob go jaybird etc before these though.
So you've used your imagination to review them and come to the conclusions that AirPods are better. Are the AirPods real?
@Diji1: Going by handling and seeing it in use, compared to actual use with jaybird and airpods you are right, I'm drawing obvious comparisons. Battery life and mic quality are based on literally calling my friend and barely hearing him when in a busy environment compared to how airpods handle noise cancelling mic. It's pure specs that airpods can get another 20 hours of charge from its case while Bose can only get half.
Great earbuds for gym. But be warned if you also intend to use with windows 10 computer or laptops. It will be your connectivity nightmare.
WIndows 98 works fine
Vista is working the best for me.
My Manchester Mark 1 does it just fine
windows 10 computer or laptops
I'd be more inclined to blame Windows 10 than the devices given my experience.
Do they still have audio delay when watching YouTube and stuff?
Interested in getting one but been holding off because of the audio lag
Yes, they still have it even after the latest firmware. I have a pair and although Bose is constantly trying to fix this, it's still slightly noticeable. Other than that, the sound quality and the comfort is brilliant.
I tried one when they first came out and the delay was like 1-2s, the experience was extremely unpleasant.
When you say slightly noticeable, is it like still delay but watchable?
There's still delay but not as much as they're first released. The firmware did improve the overall experience but still could notice it. It's definitely watchable.
After what's been said and done, how does it sound like? lol
For those looking to place phone calls on these, if i'm not mistaken the mic is only on the right ear piece.
This is different to airpods that have mics that change dynamically depending on which earpiece you put on (or both).
On the plus side, these will probably fit better than airpods (for some people).
Almost thought I could score some free Bose wireless earbuds
