I am looking for a 10-12 inch drawing tablet for my 3 years old. Please recommend me one with better brightness. I am hoping to get one for less than $50 including shipping. Thanks in advance.
Drawing Tablet

Apparently as the first of generation born around 1995 or so now gets to University teachers are noticing a distinct lack of manual dexterity skills. For example, medical students are having great difficulty learning to sew whereas previously this was a simple skill to teach to first year medical students.
It's thought this is occurring because many children no longer learn manual dexterity during their early childhood.
Whereas previous generations might do something requiring manual dexterity like drawing with pencils or face the horrific dangers of going outside in the backyard many children get handed tablets which collects data about them for marketing purposes.
Haha the OP wanted it for less than $50 …
High Yield Investment.
Just get some paper and coloured pencils..?
I did but you know kids get bored. They like something new. That's why I was looking into cheap Chinese one but I have read some are not very bright. Hence I asked.
Buying something each time they're bored with it doesn't seem like a plan at all, nor is beneficial to the child.
Let them get creative, when they're bored they'll figure new stuff to do. Possibly start by showing them how to draw in a fun way or folding those weird paper hats, origami, planes.
Etch a sketch clone
