Hi guys
Looking for a decent camera which will be used mainly for video and cinematography.
This is an emerging hobby and interest and will be used for day to day outings and while im traveling overseas.
Open to used or new options.
Not looking to spend too much as its just an emerging hobby however don't want to use just my phone.
If I do lose interest in the hobby I still wouldn't mind using the camera for nice photos.
Currently only have gopro

Lumix lx100 is a great point and shoot with 4k. Has been used for good cinematic results.
The Lumia LX10 is also a great point & shoot with a 1” sensor (better low/difficult light photos than a smartphone), 4K video, f1.4 aperture (great for bokeh, esp. when vlogging), & about 3x zoom (combined with a crop from the 20mp image it’s enough to be useful).
I added a peak design QR clip to my bag strap so it was always accessible & it was great for a trip through Europe last December.
A mirror less or DSLR will also be better but this was a good step up from a smartphone & still practical to carry.
Also record in RAW & use a tool like Adobe Lightroom you get quite a bit of of scope to turn average looking photos into something pretty cool!
