I tried using my Citibank Plus card but PSN does not allow me to add it in my wallet

If this would still let me upload to cloud saves from my AU account I’d be all over it. The extra $10 for AU PSN is worth it for that convenience and security.

You could also get it via Amazon US for same price. Less issue with payment
