Telstra Voicemail. URGENT Help Please

As some of you might know, we are currently overseas.
Have been trying to deal with this problem but going around the circles. Hope someone can help us here.

Basically we forgot to switch off the voicemail before we left. Some VVIP had sent numerous voicemail which we can't access……., tried 24/7 Chat, rang +61..101, rang other numbers per https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Apple-iPhone/Deactivate-voicemail-while-already-overseas/m-p/776927#M20744….. Feeling hopeless now after 3 days.

The first thing we want is to switch off the voicemail now, and next, to listen to the voicemail.

Please any help is greatly appreciated.

    Use messagebank callback. Dial #101# from your phone and your voicemail will call your phone.

      And if dialling #101# or 101 does not work, send a blank reply (or the letter “m”) to the MessageBank SMS notification

    can you get someone locally to do it for you? you need to give them your pin #
    1. Dial your number from another handset
    2. When you hear the greeting, press #
    3. enter pin

    The number you probably want to call is +61418707102.
    You'll need your Australian format phone number (04XX…) and voicemail PIN

      Let me know if one of the options work for you. None of the options worked for me the last time I was overseas. I had to email my client to re-iterate what he said on the voicemail because I couldn't get access to my voicemail from overseas. Telstra support kept on saying it should work, but it didn't.
