i have a gtx 1070 that i want to sell which is under my name on the receipt would there be a problem if anything happens to card and if the customer takes it to msy branch ?

As far as I understand it, warranties are transferable or not depending on their T&Cs - so check the manufacturer's website for the card. These days, most warranties are transferable, but check anyway.
ACL statutory consumer guarantees however, only exist between the retailer and the customer (i.e. you and MSY), and anyone who buys the card from you won't be covered by those. From what I understand of MSY's procedures though, they usually RMA back to the manufacturer anyway (and so if the manufacturer's warranty is transferable and valid, it won't be an issue) and MSY's been smacked down by the ACCC so many times they may just err on the side of caution and allow ACL consumer guarantee claims anyway.
None of the above, other than the manufacturer's warranty if you check and it is transferable, is 100% though.
