    I'd agree it is tighter in the forefoot. For me, US 10.5 in Metcon 2 too was a bit too loose, now it is perfect. I'd say it is 1/4 of a size equivalent tighter.

  They say in their returns policy you can go for a trial run and see if you like their shoes - is this for real? Anyone ever returned shoes at Nike after a trial run in the shoes?

  I had the metcon 3's and thought they were great, however, I did move to the Speed TR's due to how squeaky the metcons were.
