Does Anyone have Experience with TobyDeals? Bad reviews online.

Hi guys and gals, I was looking at purchasing a phone from the tobydealsau website and before i went ahead with the purchase I looked at some reviews online…. Lots of bad reviews, with a few good mixed in. I know most people only report bad experiences so I take this with a grain of salt, however I have seen a few deals posted in the past to tobydeals, So i was wondering if anyone had any experience with them and can recommend or not?

    What phone? If Officeworks stock it, price beat it there.

      Mi Mix 2. only 350AUD delivered there, I know the pocophone can be had for a similar price but i prefer the design and size of the smaller mix 2. and dont care about the better camera in the 2s….

        Just get it. Issues are with warranty. Have the expectation of zero help and you're good.

      Do office works price match or beat for online based stores such as tobys deals tho or just store front instock stores?

        they did for me for nokia 7 plus. maybe they changed

    Can recommend. Got a very good price on a Samsung phone, and delivery was in good time, even though the product came from Hong Kong. Ordered on 23/10 and it arrived on 04/11. Was especially good that they used Toll Couriers, as I was able to do a pick up of the item from a 24 hour local garage that they have an arrangement with.

    I felt the need to add to this thread as it partially led to me ordering from them. I would say avoid this site at all costs. They advertise everything as in stock but nothing is in stock. Ticketing system doesn't work. Email takes many days to get a response. Even after admitting they don't have a product, they still list it as in stock. I had to lodge a PayPal complaint to get a refund. Never again.

    Avoid this company, no customer support at all. Shoud've known when I emailed them a question, received no reply for 2 weeks. Bought it anyways, arrived faulty. No reply from customer service. PayPal got my money back but needed to pay shipping fees to return.
