OP where does 2 for $26 come from? The link you provided is 1 for $15, adding 2 to the cart still shows $30, the code is for free shipping and not any discount.
There are variants on the product. If you click on the drop down menu it will show 2 for $26 and 4 for $50 :) Adding 2 into your cart means its doubling up on the $15 instead of you selecting a pack.
