I emailed them today and they gave me a tracking number, but it doesn't work on AusPost website yet.

Does yours still say processing on their website or shipped? Your order number is later than mine hence perhaps I should flick them an email!?
@carlenet: Said "Processing" the entire time and I never got another email with my tracking number, I had to email them to get it, but my package arrived before the tracking number even activated on AusPost. Yeah, if you want the tracking number probably send them an email.

@carlenet: Hmm… I think they've already shipped, it's just their website is maybe not working so they don't send the confirmation and tracking number because I asked them about it this morning and got my package only about an hour later.
