    Hi there rep, just a question. Regarding a statement on your "Returns @ Refunds" page, does the following apply to Ozbargainers using this code? "WHERE PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE OFFERED AND USED TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT, PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED UNLESS FAULTY OR NOT AS DE(S)CRIBED." I am a little concerned about this as I was going to buy 4 pillows, one for each family member, however, because we are not familiar with your pillows I'm concerned that the pillow exchange service of 30 days then does not apply if one of them is not suitable?

      Hi Carlenet - the 'no refund unless faulty or as described' does indeed apply to this & all coded discounts we offer. It is simply because once we reduce the pillow price & cover the cost of postage on sale items we cannot then also afford to offer refunds.

      That said we are a small, family run business who believes in our product & also in good customer service. If you were to receive your pillow and it simply wasn't right we would work with you to find an agreeable solution - sale item or not. We want you to be happy with your TLC experience.

              @DeepDreamer: Not at all trying to be evasive - apologies. Our T&C's are that we do not offer refunds or exchange on coded sale items, and this is because with the lower price point & free shipping we cannot afford to do so.

              But we are also committed to good service & want you to find the right pillow. If you order a pillow using the sale code and it isnt right we will certainly exchange it if desired, but the customer may have to pay for the price difference between pillow types and/or the second lot of shipping costs. We will always work with a customer for an agreeable outcome.

      Hi DeepDreamer - really the only thing we are likely to sell out of are some of the Quilt sizes. It is unlikely that any pillow style will sell out completely within the sale week.

    Great pillows! Same quality as the old Dunlopillows as I belive they are made in the same factory that they were once made in. I have two biggest pillows, pillowcases (cheapest percale pillowcases around) and two robes. Might even get a few more classics for gifts!
