2. Visit the Website starting 9 am 19 Nov and fill out the form, including uploading a picture of the receipt.
3. Bonus entries (optional):

(b) A clue to a unique code will be posted on EFTPOS Australia's Facebook page each week (5 entries per unique code deciphered).Non-winning entries roll over.
