what's the other version and differences?
International version is English out of the box.
But as 'craving' states below the band should update to English upon syncing with your phone.
I got the chinese version. As soon as it sync with your phone bluetooth it updates the firmware to English.
I ordered one from Gearbest on the 26 OCT and they have still not shipped it. kept saying next week and its been 3 weeks now. Cancelled my order and waiting for the refund to paypal and order from shoppro for 35 shipping from MEL.. Just my thoughts.
I ordered 2 of these on the 11th October, within minutes of each other. The first was shipped on 13th October and the second on the 29th October. Very strange.
they kept saying its on backorder but they show it in stock on the site.. I have no idea whats going on with them
This fitness band has been wildly popular, I bought mine in early Sep and it took them a week to finally get stock to send out and it took a further 3 weeks to arrive
I would have thought from HK would take at least 3 weeks or so.
I bought the Cadisen that was last posted here. They didn't shipp for weeks after (I forgotten about it too until I checked the status and clicked the 'ship faster' button) appears to be on its way now. Very weird.
How do people like the size of it?
I like the miband first and foremost for the vibrating alarm as I've got a 3yo and let's me wake up without disturbing rest of family as much. Just worried it's too big/annoying to wear coming from miband2
It is bigger but I've gotten mostly used to it.
Size is fine, I have delicate girly wrists and it's barely noticeable for me
The only downside is the protruding screen while I think the miband 2 sinks in, I've knocked it into things a few times and one of these days I'm going to gimp itI'm waiting for retailers to offer the same metal brands as are available for the Mi Band 2 before upgrading.
