Planning to spend 2 nights in Mandurah wa, we want to stay in decent hotels there but they are all quite expensive. Is there any deals or offers that going on there?

You could try Groupon, as they have some deals in this area as well as further south (Busselton, Margaret River, etc).
The Atrium is okay. It's right in downtown/foreshore/shopping/movies/Dome, etc.
Then there's the Quest units which are just over a new, short bridge to the same locations.
