Any pen/stylus used and or supplied?
The screen looked quite bad when I was at HN, but that may have just been from it being surrounded by FHD screens.
I'd never buy a 2-in-1 with a 1366x768 display unless it was ridiculously cheap. This is a good price, but not enough to consider.
The only positive would be increased battery life? Although there's many FHD screens that give 8-10+ hours (Acer Spin)
to be honest, its fine for me, ive never had a device with higher res for than 1366x768,
i watch non high res movies and use it for browsing, and emails,
so I couldnt tell the difference,
obviously ive had a play with a 2200xYYYY screen on a surface tablet, and they are a gorgeous screen
I guess it depends on expectations and what your use is
1920x1080 is FHD.
1366x768 being HD.
Those pixels make so much of a difference.
Although I guess it's the same with anything in life - you drive Toyota's your whole life and then try a luxury car, you don't want to go back
However, I spend a large amount of time using the computer and consequently looking at the screen. It's a no brainer for me.
Processor Clock Speed (GHz) - 1.6
seems a bit sloooooow…
I learnt the hard way many years ago not to go by clock speed, when I bought 2.8Ghz celeron machine, thinking it was going to be decent to super quick
how wrong was I!
That's base speed
So how do you compare the performance?
Benchmarks?
That will take the whole processor into account, not just one part of it.
Or you know, just read on
(1.6GHz-3.4GHz, 6MB L3 Cache)
@jv: The CPU clock is automatically adjusted on the fly according to CPU load, temperature and power saving mode. The i5-8250U is capable of up to 3.4GHz (but the duration at which it stays at this speed could be limited by heat if the laptop isn't cooling sufficiently, inlet ports blocked etc)
@leonardr: So this tends to heat up easily ???
you lost me at base :)
How's the display? Is it IPS or TN? Do you find that the lower resolution bothers you? (what do you typically use it for?)
