I lost my adapter and I am trying to look for a decent one. I had a cheap eBay one which is broken, and I know that Apple sell them for $15. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Oh god. What phone do you need it for? Be careful, because for phones that output digital audio from the USB Type-C port (like the Pixels from 2 onwards), you need an adapter with an inbuilt DAC or it won't work.
