Hi there, I'm after a quick charging power bank that will be compatible with my Dash charger. I know all power banks will charge with the supplied adapter, however I'm after one which will charge as quick as possible, have USB-C input, and ideally also one with dual outputs. Thanks guys!

Do you want a power bank that outputs Dash Charging, or can be charged with Dash Charging? I don't think such a thing exists.
Ideally both, I've come across the sdoutech or mopoer power banks however they don't seem to have the usb-c charging input and i'm not keen on using an adapter. To me, I would rather carry around a non dash charging power bank than having to carry around an adapter with one that does.
If I use the QC 3.0 feature available on alot of the newer power banks will that still charge my OnePlus at a faster rate than regular power banks?
Hey mate, last I check there are no powerbanks compatible with Dash Charging because its Oneplus propriety or something like that. Qc3.0 and PD didn't charge my friends one plus 5 faster than normal charge. (I've tried the 20,000 MaH xiaomi and also the Cygnett 20,000 MaH with Power Delivery (up to I think 45 watts)
QC != Dash Charging.

Xiaomi Mi 20Ah 2C are economical and reliable.
