I am on a 12 months Lebara prepaid SIM and recently had my phone stolen. How do I go about getting a SIM replacement? I email Lebara customer service to report and requested a new SIM but I haven't received any email from them yet. Should I wait a bit longer?

Just buy $2 sim and call them and get them to update your account with the new sim. They should be able to do this straight away.

Their email support is useless. Go on their website and use the online chat feature.
Your quickest option might be to look for a $2 sim in a store (eg coles/woolworths) and see if they can activate that on your existing account.
