I'm a user since 2012, the 3 code I've had in the last 3 weeks got accepted and I got the $5 dollars off on my rides.

Aggressively??? I'd say "aggressively" if it was with 50% off not with $5 off.
I said aggressively because they've been doing that for 3 weeks.
If you want to go somewhere which will cost you about $20 but if you take Uber you save $5, which company are you gonna pick?This makes more riders on Uber, the drivers are not aware and all they see is that Uber gets them all their rides for several weeks so they might end up ditching the other apps.
