You better chase it up mate. I chased mine and got it a week ago. Using it now and its mind blown!
You should complain to the online team. They initially wanted to send me the wifi version only too until I send them photo to proof the point that its for cellular version. So they did a round chasing and confirmed on the phone they are sending out the cellular version. Only time will tell when my iPad arrive tomorrow.
