Just want to ask if anybody here has used Shopback + Deliveroo, disputed rejected transactions and got it accepted?
I've been using Deliveroo + Shopback everytime they have a 10% off, but seems like they decided to reject most of my transactions.
Granted I used some with coupons, just want to check if anybody had any luck.
Hopefully it's not a bait and switch sort of thing lol.
I had better luck and support with Cashrewards + Menulog. I get the transactions approved within a few days compared to SB + Deliveroo with 2 months. If this gets rejected, I would avoid them unless there's a good deal.
All my deliveroo orders with shipster voucher applied were rejected.
I think for cash back places, you cant use 3rd party coupon codes, otherwise it will void the cashback offer. You have to use their own codes.
Just an update.
provided Shopback with several receipts and they put it all back to my account. Happy days.
Yeah I'm sick of following up shopback I stopped using them. Hours worth of emails for a few cents in return.
Yeah - I actually only use them for Deliveroo since 10% is not bad.
So I'm not the only one! I checked this morning to see one of the Deliveroo transactions rejected. I've sent Shopback support an inquiry to why it was rejected and I don't expect them to reply till Mon. But based on experience, I had another transaction rejected previously, and after disputing they changed it back to pending.
It wouldn't hurt asking their support for reasons why that many of your cashbacks were rejected. If they reply with legitimate reasons, then there is nothing you can do really. But def fight for those that should've been validated.
