You can only use the 2 codes once for one email address, so you should have at least 2 email addresses to get all 4 dlc codes. Its for US and Canada residents but you can just enter random info.

All those games are PS3 exclusives.

I don't know, haven't tested it out, but I believe all ps3 games are region free and so are the dlc codes.
I know all games are region free but DC is not I have read, never tried but hey its free so why not try. I am sure most people would have GT5 to test. Post your results plz
While the games are region free the DLC are restricted by PSN accounts and it's region.
ie. an Australian PSN account cannot DL HK PSN DLC or US PSN DLC.
oh…I think you may be right, I'll test it out when I can get on my ps3. Though I think the dlc is region locked, but the codes might not be locked.

I can confirm the codes won't work on the AUS PSN Store. You might still be able to get the Car for GT5 or the Maps for KZ3 by downloading them through a fake US Account, but I haven't bothered to try that, I don't own GT5, and I got the Map pack with my copy of KZ3.
I know my mate's done something like that. Flower was free for a day in the US, so he downloaded on a US account and can now play it whenever I think.
Yes that works for full game titles, however, with DLC, the actual Game Files are under different numbers for different regions (some games for every country, look at CoD for example you get 8 different downloads when you buy maps, one for each European disc type), and as such, the Game won't pick-up the fact that you have the map/power/car downloaded.

Yes 3.6 will play 3D Bluray movies, I think this was available since 3.5

how is the car supposed to show up in GT5? I've got a US PSN account and the code seemed to work ok, I was able to download and install the addon but when loading GT5 I don't see the car?
