Building a PC Black Friday to Wait or Not to Wait?

So I'm planning to build a pc and black friday is coming, should i wait for it to get discounts for pc parts or there wouldn't be much difference if i buy now?

Currently i bought a gigabyte g1 gtx 1080 for 700aud (cause most gtx 1080 is out of stock and the price is getting higher than normal)

My Goal Build is budget kinda highend mini itx
GPU: Gigabyte G1 gtx 1080 oc
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
MOTHERBOARD: ROG STRIX 470x-i
RA:M G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
SSD: Samsung 500gb vvme
Samsung 500gb 2.5 sata
CASE: Inwin A1 (Built in 600w psu)

For other thermal cooling and fans im not sure yet

Any suggestions or Discounted parts that i need that you know. I would really appreciate

    See this thread:

Amazing amount of similarities - high end mini-ITX PC build, and wondering whether or not to wait until Black Friday.

I think consensus was to wait, also some comments regarding parts, but yours does have different components. Have a read of the other thread, but re: your particular build:

GPU: Gigabyte G1 gtx 1080 oc

Nice. (make sure size and cooling are okay in the mini-ITX case)

    CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x

    Nice.

    MOTHERBOARD: ROG STRIX 470x-i

Same as other build, query whether you really need the newer x470 chipset and its additional features over the X370, but not really a big deal unless you're looking to shave the price a little.

    RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

    Nice.

    SSD: Samsung 500gb vvme

Presumably that's supposed to read "nVME" - maybe get a bigger one (e.g. 1TB) since SSD prices have come down so much. Sweet spot is the 960 or 970 EVO.

    Samsung 500gb 2.5 sata

Is this also an SSD? I'd definitely just get a 1TB nVME SSD and forget about this.

CASE: Inwin A1 (Built in 600w psu)

Don't know much about cases, but double check if it's an 80PLUS rated (Bronze at least, better Gold or higher) PSU. Most included PSUs aren't that great.

NVMe is negligible for day to day use. Save the money and just get a basic SATA/M.2 SSD.

I agree on the consensus, if it's not that far away, might as well wait and see.

If there's no black friday sale on those parts, then it's the same as every other day. No harm done.

If you're overclocking, the Ryzen 5 2600 (non X) is much better value

That's a big chunk of the total cost there. I'd just build it now.

If you're flexible with the parts, you could save a little bit if you wait.
