I wouldn't bother joining. Out of all the retail giants in Australia, The Good Guys are the worst of the worst. Even Harvey Norman is better.
I'm aware JB owns The Good Guys. However, my experience at JB vs The Good Guys is night and day.
TGG is causing JB headaches atm, they are not happy with the purchase, I've never had good experiences going to one either.
For me, it's always JB or Amazon.
I only use HN to get a price match from the other two.

I am not surprised that JB isn't happy with the purchase. Even at the corporate level, TGG leaves a lot to be desired.
I'm usually not too fussy about where I purchase things usually. However, when it comes to the good guys, I find their customer support poor, their after-sales poor, often not the cheapest & even calling them to inquire is a chore.
Also, TGG concierge/gold member is a load of ****

Just go onto the Rest app, click on More and it should have the Good Guys on it. It will enable you to get a validation code, then use it to sign up
