Looking for a 10.1 Inch Tablet for Less than $200

What are your recommendations for a good Android tablet for general home use e.g. YouTube, KODI, web browsing etc, I don't mind going with one of the Chinese brands like Chuwi or Teclast, if that is something that is fit for purpose.

Requirements:

  • 10 inch display
  • A good screen resolution
  • Snappy performance (so 2GB or higher RAM)
  • Great software development support (and lesser bloatware)
  • Android 6 or higher
  • Something that is a great value for money.

Thanks,

    I dislike generics, so:

    Lenovo Tab 3 10 Plus - 10.1" Tablet (2GB RAM, 16GB, Android 6.0) TB3-X70F for $161.50 with P5OFF.

Or a little more risky from a private seller:

    Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 10.1 (2GB RAM, 32GB, Android 6.0) for $209 with P5OFF.

Biggest difference, aside from one being a private seller, is that the Samsung has a Octacore Exynos processor vs the Lenovo's Quadcore Mediatek processor (but even that's not a huge difference because from memory, the Exynos has 4-main cores, and 4 smaller auxillary cores, so it's not as if it's double the power).

    • I just googled it and found that one is a 1GB model. Thanks

  • I have a Samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 16GB. You can have it for $50. Barely used it since new as tablets are stupid. I realized that within the first month of buying one.

    • Cheers El, pretty sure Tab 2 is a 1GB model but thanks anyway.

Look for Samsung Galaxy Tab S1 or S2's or Asus Zenpad 3S or Huawei Mediapad M3 on ebay or gumtree (better chance on gumtree)

Try haggle to around your budget or $200 it should be worth about that now.
