ebay… but be prepared to wait if you buy from China…
You could buy shorter ones and then connect them together with connectors. But why 15m long, for office?
I bought a cable from JB Hi-Fi just after Christmas, got a great deal. I had checked Dick Smith and the same cable was 4 times the price.
The local $2 shop (Crazy Clarkes, Bargain Warehouse, etc) usually sells LAN cable.
DO NOT buy from Dick Smiths (unless you want to pay like $15 per metre!)

just get the cheaper one
i have never had problem with ethernet cables
If you aren't in a rush, China or Hong Kong is OK. You might get better/faster service from a local company, but of course it will cost more.
