No bargains listed so after a quick 2 minute search I found this cheaper at Aliexpress -

Works by Bluetooth so will only work if your dog is within 20m or so. I wouldn't consider the dog lost if it's within 20m.
They shouldn't call it a gps tracker if it doesn't use a sim card and actual gps.
