The question is just like the title. I bought a new iPhone with AppleCare+. The tax of AppleCare+ is included in the total amount on the invoice. Can I claim for TRS within AppleCare+ when I travel overseas?

I think you can. I would cite that Applecare+ is basically extended warranty on the product so should form part of the purchase price of the product. No product, no Applecare+.

And the flight ticket?
I suspect no - this is more of a service not a product. The TRS website says services are excluded. Saying that you can give it a shot and the TRS employee on the day might not care or notice.
