Which does make it marginally better than any other VB stubbies deal at the moment (these stubbies are $1.44 each, if you buy in the 24 cases then the closest is $1.54 each according to Boozle).
Not exactly thrilling, but not terrible.
EDIT That said, Oettinger is a better beer and the 24x500mL can slabs come at the equivalent of $1.34 per 375mL. So unless you're a massive VB bogan, not so great value.
