Win a Double Pass to an Advance Screening of 'Boy Erased' at Melbourne Central from Broadsheet [VIC]

"Next month Broadsheet is holding an exclusive screening of Boy Erased, a film based on Garrard Conley's 2016 memoir of the same name, directed by Joel Edgerton.
Featuring Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe together on screen for the first time, Boy Erased is a true story of the practice of gay conversion therapy, and one man’s struggle to find acceptance among his religious family.
The son of a small-town Baptist pastor, Jared Eamons (played by Oscar nominee Lucas Hedges) experiences a crisis of faith when he begins to question his sexuality at university and is outed to his parents (Kidman and Crowe). At the urging of his distraught parents, he agrees to attend a counselling program run by Victor Sykes (Edgerton). As Jared becomes increasingly suspicious of Sykes’s intolerant methods, the gulf between him and his parents, his friends (including actor and musician Troye Sivan), and his church threatens to become unbridgeable.
This is Edgerton’s first film as director since 2015’s critically acclaimed The Gift, and with a number of glowing reviews after its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival last month, Boy Erased is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated films of the awards season.
We’re giving away 100 double passes to an exclusive Broadsheet pre-release screening of Boy Erased on Wednesday November 7 at Hoyts Cinema, Melbourne Central. All you need to do is enter your details below to go into the draw. The competition closes on Wednesday 31 October at midnight."
