Is Xiaomi Mi A2 worth it over Xiaomi Mi A1?

The two major differences on the A2 I see are:

• 20MP front camera (instead of 5MP)
• no 3.5mm earphone output jack

Then there's the A2 Lite, which is not that much lighter neither in weight or in horsepower, but does have the 3.5mm jack but kept the 5MP front camera instead. That seems to be the major trade-off. Any others?

  Extra 2GB RAM, double storage and the faster SD660 is definitely a bonus in the A2.

  is there any progress on the fingerprint scanner bug which drains the battery like crazy on the a2? last I head xiaomi weren't even admitting it was an actual issue

  One other difference- no microSD slot on the A2 (the A2 lite has it though).
