By the way, Dick Smith have the MB169B+ for $289 + delivery. It's Australian stock/warranty but not an offline store like you were looking for.
Can't find much availability of the MB169B+ in Adelaide but you can get the MB16AC for $429 from All Needs Computers which is pretty competitive compared to Ebay.
