Custom Fees

If im wanting to buy something of a website in the usa do i have to pay a custom fee when it gets delivered.
If there is a custom fee how much would it be?

    2. You are discussing customs fee not custom.

    If so then general rule of thumb is that if the price you pay is lower than $A1000 then no duty or GST is charged. But the product cannot be a prohibited import like some lasers, guns weapons etc. Cars have to comply with our rules. Knowing the item you wish to purchase may give you better answers here as maybe someone has experience with that type of good

    As for goods above that price, it will depend on item etc.
