Problem with Dark Souls Remastered from EB Games

Hi, anyone bought the DS remastered from EB games through this deal?

I was told to pick it up today, when I get there the staff asked me to pay another 50 dollars.

I show them the receipt but they say it's in the system and they can't do anything about it…I was like wtf?

Any ozb had the same issue? If no, what is my next step to encounter this?

Was it a preorder? As don’t they only charge $10 online when preordering or $50 if it’s collectors? Thus the $50 charge to get to $60?

Same thing happened to me… But the girl adjusted the price for me so i got it for the advertised price. Escalate to the manager.
