Sinemia Account's Been Terminated

My two Sinemia has been terminated stating

As stated in your subscription terms, you may use your device for your own membership only and in case the device is used with multiple accounts this could lead to termination of all accounts involved.

The system has identified multiple accounts that have been used with your device and terminated your account. We regret to inform you that you will not be able to create another Sinemia account in the future.

But when I signup in May, user were allowed to change up to 3 time their devices. I change 2 times due to their VCC card problem. They are ripping the customers, I try to contact them but no response till now. What I can do now?

      It is Anual bill plan, I already paid 120AUD and used it for roughly 5 months. I switch two time due to there was an error in the Andriod app so I login in my brother iPhone.

        If your brother also has/had a Sinemia account thats likely what triggered it.

        I would contact them on twitter and explain and request they reinstate your account. If they still refuse inform them you intend to contact your bank to do a partial chargeback.

          Isn't that the key point. If your brother has an account then I assume both he and you were cancelled. As much as everyone (including myself) does not pay attention to the T&C's, if they are there and you breached them there is not much you can do I would imagine.

              @agam2104: But you just admitted you changed not to another device you owned, but to your brother's phone. As far as anyone can see, including Sinemia and literally any third party observer who wanted to check, your brother was using your account.

              Heck, since it's an iPhone, it must have been your brother using it, because otherwise you wouldn't be able to unlock the phone. You done goofed.

              • @HighAndDry: I sign in to my brother phone (Iphone) only for 1 day since their android was not working. After a couple of days, I log in again in my device(Android). You can not log in in two device simultaneously.

                  @agam2104: That's like how the lowest tier of Netflix only allows one login at a time, but you can still share it between people just using it at different times.

                  To Sinemia (and again, anyone else), it just looks like you gave your login to your brother and he used it for a day.

                  @agam2104: yes but you juts admitted you did it. You signed into your brothers phone. From their point of view, they would take that as "You gave your brother your details, he used it, you then logged back into your phone". Sorry but no matter how "innocent" you broke the rules. Contac t them on twitter and see what can be done but I think you are a bit stuffed.

  • They've terminated your account and aren't providing a pro rata refund for the part of the subscription that you haven't used? File a chargeback with your bank.
