Looking for 15 inch or bigger (bang for buck) laptop; budget < $450.

Tried looking at the sticky, but they're all $1K series.

Can you recommend me one please?

  * Downloading stuff
  * Browsing
  * Streaming (youTubing)
  * Watching movie locally via VLC
  
  that's really it .. very basic stuff .. however, would love to be able to open up folder quite instantaneous and no lag if possible as I frequently move files and folders around.
