Is there any device that perhaps i can plug to my pc box which transmit video signal to either tv or monitor screen? Just want to avoid that cable clutter.

This.
I believe new LG TV's support WiDi (if you have one by any chance + mine does and have used it) and also you need a compatible WiDi PC / Laptop that supports it. I think it is an Intel product hence Intel machines will support it.
Check compatibility before purchase if you go through this avenue.
Cheers
Would a Steam Link work?
Miracast will allow you to mirror your PC to a compatible TV. Otherwise there are wireless HDMI kits but don't think they're cheap.
Jaycar used to sell them. Still do
Plenty around to choose from. There will be cheaper ones, too.
If you have a smart TV you can download Plex which uses your wifi to send from the PC.

what distance?
What are you using the PC box for?
WiDi was being touted for a while but seems to have dropped off the radar, not sure if there were issues with it.
A quick google seems to reveal a range of options depending on price.
