Download Sling TV App on Mi Box

Hi All,
I am unable to find the Sling TV app from the Google play store on Mi box even after connecting to US server using Windscribe VPN. I have tried force stpping play store app and clearing the data/app cache for Playstore but still no help. Is there any other settings which I am not aware of . Please suggest. MI box is running on latest Oreo update
