I've been doing step tracking with AIA Vitality since the REST deal was posted a few months ago. The awarding of "points" for steps seems really inconsistent and I'm always missing out on them.
The week just gone, my target was 300 and I earned 50 each on M,W,F,S for 200 total.
But if I look in Apple Health on my phone, I can see I did well over 7500 steps every day.
Is there some kind of trick? Time cut-off?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to resync your data. I was having an issue where some days data was missing.
