    Actually made this tonight..

    Have done it a few times.

    Instead of 1hr each turn, change to 45min (fan forced).
    Temp @ 150 degree c.

    (Can customise the glaze with whatever you have, ie, hoisin, 5 spice powder, etc..)

    Also can stuff duck with halved green apples.

  Last time these were half price I got two and saved the necks, wings and all the leftover bones and made stock with them which I used to make duck ramen. Would recommend.
