Had the plan since last year before Christmas.
It is ok most of the time, but on Christmas eve, Christmas day and the day after,
the network was dead, can't even open a webpage at all. Guess the network was overloaded.
It's been 'ok' since Christmas to now.
However since yesterday their network has been dead again.
I've two phone plans on their network, using two phones. Both at Browns Plain and Calamvale,
the network is so slow that can't open web pages.
Trying to do internet speed test through google's page would report 'can't complete due to a problem with the network'.
Went to optus website trying to get some support through the live chat, but their system is offline, the live chat would just keep loading.
Login to the account but can't see the account information because the big bold text saying they are updating the system.

Same when we were at Rochedale today.
I blame the bad weather.
