As per title, I haven't received mine. Everytime I asked they said it will be send soon, next week, etc, but never happen.
What should I do? How do I get my money back?

Same issue, haven't received the order and getting little response through [email protected]. Have given the head office and some stores a call but have yet to have anyone pick up the phone.
Hopefully we aren't out of luck on this one.
I'm hoping they are not running away bankrupt with our money.
