Confirmed with their sales dept that it is Australian Stock with an Australian Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Couldn't resist and have purchased. It will join a LG OLED C7 and a Apple TV 4K (all Ozbargain deals :) Thanks to all!

    This company has a terrible reputation for misleading advertising and some of the worst customer service when something goes wrong. At least they're being honest with their stock levels here.

    but if you do receive it, then you just have to deal with Samsung for any warranty issues.

    I’ve ordered the same deal on Tuesday and cancelled it next day. When contacted their customer service rep before placing the order they said it takes 4-6 weeks to place order directly with Samsung. Got an email on Wednesday saying delivery of the speakers will be early next year.

    See below email

            “Thank you for your patience. I have an update here with regards to your special order, please see below.

    Current lead-time for these items is quite lengthy, due to the tremendous amount of orders received and not enough stock.

    The next shipment coming in to fulfil your order may be as far forward as January, next year.

    Please advise how you wish to proceed with this backorder, as you may not be able to cancel once placed.”

    I was similarly concerned about the Special Order, so I didn't post the deal until my order was confirmed as shipping. I guess it was a case of circumstances favouring the brave. (I recently ordered a Linksys E9500 from Megabuy and was content with their processing, communication and fast delivery).

    So far, not so good news- Toll has delivered my soundbar to the wrong person (who called me to see if I had received her monitor)…

    Things worked out. After a phone call and email to Megabuy, 3 hrs later the soundbar was retrieved and delivered. Works!
