        Brisbane to Canberra. Airfares are ridiculous. Family in need so have to do it several times a month

        Worst I've ever had to do was 17.5 hours in one day. Went with my brother's wife and their 4 kids under 10 so she wasn't doing all the driving herself. Lucky the kids are really used to long distance driving.

            @87percent: Man I didn't even like flying 14 hours with just adults.

            I remember the first flight I got to Europe, flying Emirates so going to Dubai from Brisbane. I watched a whole movie and then looked at the map that shows where the plane is on the globe, and we hadn't even reached NT yet. I was not happy.

    for kids apps that require you to pay to remove ads, you can just turn off mobile data instead, no more ads. handy if you have 3000 apps that you don't want to pay just to remove the ads. works for every offline app.

      Or root your phone and install AdAway, but @ilovepizza that's a simpler solution that anyone can easily do, so it gets a plus vote from me.

        you don't even need to root your phone, "lucky patchers" gives you free in app purchases for offline games/apps. but its not on the actual stores you gotta download it from their website
