To Enter (Purchase)

Visit a participating Bunch O Balloons retailer (available on the www.bunchoballoons.com website) and purchase a specially marked product that says "Splash for a chance to Win". Once you have completed your purchase open the package and find the "wash and reveal" game piece on the balloon instruction insert. Remove the insert from the package and submerse in water to get it wet to reveal the game play code
