Kogan - Issue with a Product - No Customer Service?

Hi Guys,

I've been googling a solution to this but I ordered a fryer from Kogan a few months ago and its missing a few pieces that should have been on there. I've emailed Kogan and I've been told that the matter has been escalated but then there was no response and nothing to any follow-up emails.

What should I do?

EDIT: I notice a lot of Kogan deals here and I'm hoping other people have encountered this problem, as they don't have a number to call, want to see how people are solving their issues.

      They don't have a phone number anymore.

  • In my experience Kogan's service has been decent sometimes I've had to sent through an extra email or two to give them a little extra motivation.

    • I feel like they do all they can to avoid solving your issue, the placeholder email you get says not to send any followups as that would reset the queue your email is in, but then you get no response forever

  • They don't have a phone number listed, I was wondering if anyone else had similar issues, they've responded to my emails with place holder emails but nothing has come from them?

    Depending how you paid, raise a Paypal dispute or chargeback. You might be surprised how quickly they respond after that!
