I keep finding that cashrewards are no longer tracking my purchases…and nothing has changed in the way I use it (i.e. no adblock, vpn etc in use, used the chrome extension).
Has anyone else been having problems?

It works for me yesterday when I purchase through Amazon. I am using Chrome browser. Sadly I only got 6% back yesterday.
Just make sure you open the online store from cash reward shop now button and shop on that opened tab.
Same only got 6% not sure why… freshly added item too. Oh well was only 39 cents difference for me.
bluedez, all my purchases have tracked normally the past few weeks, including those with Amazon. Perhaps send a message to tightarse and see if you can troubleshoot some possibilities.
Yeah I have one from months ago that didn't work, followed it up manually but I don't know if it will actually come through. My eBay ones work all the time.
My Amazon purchases in the recent 10% were tracked very quickly, my ms store from a week ago… nothing

Once it goes past the cancellation window - so the only options you have when you see your order is 'Archive order' or 'Track Package'. For me at least. Or, when your card is billed.

No they're not. Cashrewards and Shopback bring these high cashback rates at a loss for OzBargain and their customers. The loss is made up elsewhere.

I click through the Cashrewards "Shop Now" thing and it loads Amazon.com.au
I place the game in me cart and check out and pay for it but all I get is the Amazon page telling me the order is complete. Aren't you meant to then be taken back to the Cashrewards site and told whether you got the cash back or that its at least registered and pending?
You won’t get redirected back to CR’s website. Assuming you have followed the procedure correctly (e.g. turned off ad-block), you should receive an email from CR regarding the cashback within 4 days.
Orders will be tracked & processed automatically into your Cashrewards account as pending within 4 days of purchase.
This will then show as pending on your account and paid out to you in 2-3 months.

I simply used the cash rewards add in on firefox to get the 12.5%. Can't remember if it was before or after I added, but I agree it's crap and actually misleading. I now come to OzBargain and read this special condition of purchase 30 minutes later so i'm attempting to cancel the order.
