Currently have optus NBN and five family mobile phones with bendigo telco. Data use is rising and there is no sharing available with bendigo telco.
Optus offer is 60GB of data per month to share on five devices (2 use little data at present) + Spotify and optus sport as data free + Tier 3 NBN + Optus sport and three optus entertainment packs. They will bundle all this up for $220/month. $102 for NBN (24 month contract) and $118 for the mobiles (12 month contract).
Currently paying $205 for tier 2 NBN and 5 mobiles with 20GB of data (total) unable to share across devices with two devices going over the 5gb cap.
Overall the deal seems OK - its the lock in contract that has me concerned.
$118/month for 5 mobiles
With this plan you could be paying $14/month per mobile ($74/month total) for 7GB of data each (Total of 35GB/month but unsharable): https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/407395 . You could probably tailor each SIM card to a better plan (eg. 2 with lower usage)
But if organising all the SIM cards is too much hassle, then a unified solution probably works for you
